This feels like a very common typing test, and I didn’t see any meaningful use of the black cat theme here. It doesn’t really stand out compared to other typing games.

I’m pretty sure I could beat a cat in typing, at least my two cats are perfectly illiterate!? I got 173 (212/10/222) in the end.

I think I would’ve liked to type actual words rather than just random letters though.

Nice idea, and very well presented. The text were fun to read.

Sometimes I will type too fast and it wont register as valid.

\n

I would had love that there were more than one possible word to type to select my attack, it would give more sense of freedom.

I made it to level 10 just. I am not as good at typing as I think I am. A lively kind of game, I liked it!

Nice game, but it doesn’t really fit the theme; although it’s fun to discover I’m worse than a cat at typing!

I got 202, but the secondary mechanics bomb snow causing lag when typing is just a major distraction rather than contribute to fun factor. A typist never wants to be distracted when typing a word. Also instead of random letters typing actual words would have made it more meaningful in my opinion.

I scored 142, helped by my daugher, a fun game for improving your typing skills. Might be fun to have words to spell out related to cats like “I love cats!”

A fun typing battle game

I really like the catchy music, but it’s a shame it’s not original

I found the game fairly easy to understand and play

Typing letters too quickly didn’t seem to work, I felt I had to pause in-between each letter or it wasn’t registered

Real nice! I think I’d have liked it better without the bonuses. The first 5 levels or so, I kept getting frozen and didn’t understand what was happening. But even after understanding it, it’s just kind of an artificial stumbling block.

Is it possible to fail the game (ie by dying and starting over)? I can mash the D key or some other key and obviously not get much right and I have a lower score than the cat, but it doesn’t seem like I fail. I think it would be interesting to introduce some kind of health mechanic or something that would cause me to fail if the health goes to 0.

It has something that draws me back in to try again, but I also think it is missing something to be really enjoyable. Good job though!
