I have only tried desktop but will give VR a go, impresive to see AR and VR!

Didn’t work on chrome for me, but ok on edge, in case other testers goes on white screen.\nSimple game, nice 3D graphics easy to control

Visually impressive, but i think going 3D makes the game almost impossible to win when the adversary starts. I don’t understand the connection with the theme other than the tombstones. I quite liked the sound effects.

I have never played 3D tictactoe before, so it was a nice experience. While the mechanics work nicely, I am not so sure how it matches the theme “death”

Worked smoothly on Edge, I managed to get a diagonal match 3, which is oddly satisfying ;D

How well was the topic of death integrated into the game?\nThe theme of death is very well incorporated into the game design.\nAt the same time, the gameplay has little to do with death, except that you lose (die) or win against the computer.\nHow well was the game optimized for 13 kilobytes?\nSimple design graphics-wise, so good compression is all that’s needed. AI seems to be self-developed, nice job!\nHow well was the game adapted for WebXR?\nThe game works in VR as well as AR.\nThe VR mode is limited to rotating the cube. There is still a lot of potential here.\nThe AR mode is very well utilized.\nHow is the design of the game?\nThe design fits the setting very well. The many black dots around me communicate very well the theme of death.\nThe objects are in 3D and can be viewed from all sides.\nThe environment in VR still offers a lot of potential\nHow is the game interface (intuitive)?\nIt is clear what to do.\nMoving the cube freely in all axes would improve the interface, by making it easier and faster to access the information I need.\nHow is the game experience, getting started, understanding, fun?\nIt is a puzzle game and a puzzle in itself generates intrinsic motivation.\nThe game is fun and definitely challenges me to have 7 out of 7 wins against the computer in extreme mode.\nNevertheless, the computer always does the same thing and the challenge quickly loses its appeal.\nIn extreme mode, the blocked points could have special abilities, like switching between circle and cross every round or can be selected, but will only hold your character for 3 rounds and then be blocked again.

Never considered tic-tac-toe to be a game that could (or should) be improved upon, but this is fun. Also works well in VR.\nA bit miss with the theme, and generally simple (but not bad) visuals and audio. Could use some decorations, but then again, this is just tic tac toe in 3d, it doesn’t really need more.

A fun little noughts and crosses game in 3D.

\n

The AI is pretty good.

\n

I liked the graphics, when played on desktop. Shame I couldn’t manually rotate the box grid.

\n

I didn’t see the link to the theme I’m afraid.

\n

Sound was a little janky.

\n

Will have to come back and try again in VR/AR when I have more time

I never thought Tic Tac Toe could be hard. I wasn’t able to beat the computer! The controls worked perfectly on the quest and I like how you added buttons to rotate the board. I would keep playing this again. The only weak point was that your game doesn’t fit the theme any more than any random game where you can lose.

Interesting take on tic tac toe. I like the spinning cube, it helps for desktop players. I don’t have to rotate it myself.

I was dubious about the AR option, but after trying it on my phone, it was very cool to see/feel the virtual cube in a real environment!\n(I didn’t have the gear to try the VR option)

Great little game. The AI is quite clever, too, which is awesome! I loved the Tic Tac ‘Woe’ pun, bringing it back to the Theme, although I’m afraid that’s as far as Theming goes.

\n

There’s not much in terms of music and SFX, and I missed a ‘mute’ button.

\n

WebXR-AR support is fantastic, with easy controls to place the 3D content in the world and walk around it. For a full release, I believe it would be necessary to be able to manually rotate, scale, and re-position the content. For Desktop, not being able to rotate and move around is very frustrating, and I sometimes need to wait for the auto-rotation to be able to make my move properly.

\n

I found myself coming back to playing this on AR multiple times, which speaks a ton in the feasibility of this project as a fully-featured game.

I did not see any linked to the overall theme but in the description.

\n

3d tic tac toe are always hard and fun and I really enjoyed the AR aspect of it which I did never experienced before.

\n

Well done on both the graphics and AI side of things. It has been really well done to embed in 13k.

\n

It might have been great to add a bit of grain to the flat colors to prevent some of the banding artifacts we can see on desktop.

\n

Well done for this great entry !!!
