Rules:

  1. Click on the blocks with numbers.

  2. Click on the white stacks to put blocks in place.
    3. \n
  3. Collect exact 13 points in ONE COLUMN and ONE COLOR using no more than 4 blocks to prepare a CURSE!
    4. \n
  4. Reduce the Catcher health points to ZERO to win a game. Watch out for time! After each 4 moves the block pool is reseted.
    5. \n
  5. WHITE blocks are JOKERS - they can be used with any previously assigned color in the stack!
    6. \n

Tips and Tricks: Even if you don’t need to match a certain color to get a point - you’ll gain bonus time that will help you survive :)

Nice loading and rule screen, cats are beautiful for the few place we have!\nGame is funny, I beat the extreme mode :)\nsound is a bit repetitive on every action, and maybe adding a drag and drop instead of 2 clicks should be an idea to be faster and better control

The Impact font and the pixelated effect on top makes the text really hard to read. The constant trumpet sound effects are quite annoying for the intense time constrained gameplay. But the game is fun! And I like the 8-bit graphics - the cats are cute :)

I defeated the catcher! Fantastic pixel art. The rules are actually pretty simple, but it wasn’t obvious to me when I first started playing. After I cleared the first stack of 13 points, then it all made sense. Nice job!

Nice gprahics and simple but fun gameplay, took a while to understand the rules, sometimes the text / hints did not show up long enough for me to see what I did wrong but I got the basics and managed to win!

Loved the pixel art and look of the game. Being able to delete all the blocks in a column is super helpful and needed in order to progress sometimes. Mostly meant I would keep one column free as a dump column I could constantly delete and add things to when I needed to reset the pool.

Loved the oldschool pixel art gfx, suits the theme very well.

In spite of the instructions, it takes a few seconds to understand how the game works before being able to enjoy it (and beat it).

\n

Extreme level is really challenging, more so for a nasty bug that sometimes prevents your combo from being accepted, I reckon it mostly happens when you have 5+4+3+1 or 4+4+4+1.

\n

Showing when the block pool will be replenished would also help, a simple marker will to the trick. Audio is a bit repetitive.

A fun looking game and an interesting idea.

Lots of quick maths involved here, and then having to get the blocks of the right colour. Quite a challenge against the clock.

The graphics and sound effects are good.

the cat portraits are truly masterful pixel art wizardry. 😻I absolutely love them. in fact, the entire presentation is so cool! the mental math was a bit tedious for me, lol, but maybe that’s because I count using my fingers and can’t handle numbers above ten!!! teeheeheehee I kept wishing there was a nice big bright gui display that did the math for me but then again that would have made it way too easy and I am just being silly. This game is so cool. wonderful work.

That’s quite a unique entry. The art design is great, and the controls are good. It took me some time to figure out what to do, a tutorial would be welcome. Also, thank you for adding sound, it added to the atmosphere. Good job, and thank you for submitting your game!
