I lost the first time because I didn’t go all-in in my initial strategy. The second time I knew I could win if I simply played passively and didn’t attack for 3-4 rounds while I stockpiled units and let the PCs fight among each other. They wouldn’t attack a bulky kingdom with 3x their force. But once my single territory grew for 4 rounds, I became unstoppable. I just had to play slow and steady ad keep all my units on the borders.
\nI was a bit confused at first about how the recruiting worked. It’s not clear that the recruiting and gold is not linked to a single region, but the moving is. You could improve the UX of that part a little.
\nThe game is visually appealing, but I would make the text a bit larger, and the buttons as well, but better UX. Sound effects would be nice. In the future you could improve the AI a bit to have a variety of strategies (e.g. my stockpiling strategy).
\nWhile the game works OKis in mobile, you have to scroll up and down a lot, which isn’t very convenient.
\nedit after player for another hour: The full sized map is a bit trickier but the same strategy still applies. Being greedy is counterproductive, and it’s always better to stockpile units.

\nI’ve planned to give PC’s different behaviors, but I didn’t have enough time. To be honest I’ve lowered PC’s aggressiveness, by reducing their attacks to 1 per turn, so they won’t gobble up each other too fast.

\nGreat execution overall.
