I like the idea and I love the graphics. I wanted to say it look’s like a The Witness ripoff but you mention it as inspiration on Github. I would say that it is inspired a little bit too much. With that in mind the puzzle mechanics are implemented very well.

From technical standpoint it’s looking good - requestAnimationFrame, ES6 classes all the good stuff. You should work on code quality though. Problems with code style and a lot of left out commented code.
