\nThe controls are confusing. On desktop, the keyboard arrows control the cat, with inverted Up/Down, but also sometimes the camera. In XR, I found in the code that we are supposed to use the joystick of the controller, but it controls the camera and not the cat.
\nAlso, the initial menu is not in XR, so that we have to start the game on the page, then switch to XR, and by the time the device is ready in XR, the dog attacked and we lose. Then we have to exit XR to find the play again button that does not start a new game.
\nI liked the eyes of the dog following the cat, but unfortunately the game does not feel playable, especially in VR headset.

\nAlthough there were some good details (cat tilting when moving, the dogs eyes following the cat), the visuals were mostly extremely bare (even with primitives only, a fish should not be looking like a cylinder with a block floating above it).
\nI feel that the game had much more potential than was shown here, if you had spent a day on visuals and good controls, instead of incorporating multiple controls that don’t work.

It’s a bit of a bummer that you have to restart the game completely after losing, but the smooth animation is really nice. Thanks for the game! 🙂

My controllers were visible but no button inputs produced any results. The player, enemies, and powerup objects were clear and effective shapes and the keyboard control scheme worked. I played in desktop mode and was able to grab the yellow things quickly. It seems like you have a foundation here but there’s more to build.

However, when entering VR mode, I was immediately caught by the dog, which made it difficult to get oriented or fully engage with the gameplay. In addition, I wasn’t able to figure out how to move using the controllers, which limited the experience. Improving the VR pacing and clarifying or simplifying movement controls would make the game much more accessible and enjoyable.
