All you wanted to do was leap from that building and end it all! A swift plummet down to earth, and that would be that. As it stands, in Fall Down, a variety of geometric shapes have other ideas as they shoot up towards you during your descent. Hit too many of them, and you’ll die before you get a chance to encounter terra firma and… well… die?!

\n

You move the flailing character left and right and must see how far down you manage to fall. With a middle finger to the laws of gravity, the further you get, the faster things get until soon objects are screaming past at such a rate it’s really difficult not to collide with them. The concept might be strange, but the character is cute, in a doomed way, and I tried several times to hit the ground but sadly never quite made it. Perhaps you’ll have more luck?

Easy to pick up. Controls worked well.

\n

Music felt quite upbeat considering the subject matter.

\n

Some objects flying past did nothing - were they clouds? Other objects were quite damaging, what were those?

\n

Played on desktop but will try again on mobile/touch.

Funny game. Kinda dark though. The music is cute though.\nTechnically speaking, G shouldn’t change, only the speed.\nDo we ever actually die?\nThe choice for ASZX as your controls is a bit unusual.

Nice simple game. My best score was 30, after it starts getting really fast. Liked all the sound effects, and that music was included. I liked the character’s waging tongue.

I like how the game becomes more and more difficult for each level. Good progression there. The art style is cute, though I’m not sure what everything is. The sound effects are nice, but the music becomes a little too repetitive for me. The controls worked well for the game.

Dark topic you chose there, but it fits the topic. The visuals and music are little lighter mooded, which I liked.

\n

The gameplay is simple enough and pretty difficult, is it even possible to avoid every obstacle?

\n

At first I thought the clouds were also obstacles, maybe make the differentiation between clouds and obstacles more clear?

\n

Overall cool little game, good job!

Nice game, controls are a bit strange a/z or s/x, why not left/right arrows or q/d (or a/d)?\ngraphics are cool but a bit inconsistent, music is cool, it’s nice to get more speedy music as time goes by!

Nice little obstacle avoidance game. I got a bit confused at first when I instinctively tried to use arrow keys and was not able to move. I then tried wasd only to discover that moving left and right was on A+S and not A+D.
