Escape from XGS-57 is a real-time survival strategy game inspired by Frostpunk and Subnautica. You play a space trader who crashed onto the water planet XGS-57 and must remote control your gadgets on site to rebuild a rocket and escape.
\nSpace will be very important in this game, as it is a scarce resource and most of your actions will have space restrictions. (E.g. building placement, water level)
\n(NOTE: If you’re stuck at any point and want to restart, just refresh the browser!)
\nControls:\nWASD to move camera\nQ and E to shift perspectives\nC to cancel something you’re about to build\nX to rotate building placement\nP to pause\nEverything else can be handled by the mouse!
\nPay attention to your water! Don’t let it run out!
\nHappy escaping!

Really great work! It takes some time to figure out what’s going on, and maybe healthbar style visual indicators where there are currently numbers might do the trick to help lead the player toward understanding what is wrong and how to fix it. Once I figured everything out, I really enjoyed trying to get a perfect island all set up! Excellent work!
