Once you’re upside down right and left are swapped, which is disorienting. Following the mouse around would be nicer. If you look at the old game Tempest it used like a turn wheel thing. Speaking of which, shooting, or maybe throwing ninja stars, in towards the center to kill demins would have been cool. Shot demons so they drop coins/powerups, something like that, add mouse controls, and maybe some obstacles that you have to dodge, and this would be really fun.
\nSo some building blocks are there, and the graphics are really nice!

If the game is under 13kb, then I see this competing with many other entries.
\nThe skulls attacking me is a bit fast, making it difficult to avoid if you get trapped on the wrong edge, or in the middle. Maybe they could start off slower, and increase speed while playing. That, or get some hints to where the skulls are going before they actually appear.

First of all, I didn’t get the “falling effect” described on the description. Also, the points don’t go away when dying and the demons appear too late, near 20 seconds, I think? Also I don’t know if you have HPs, I know demons steal a bit of points and after a bit of that you eventually die.\nWhat should I have done in your place:
\nDon’t add any falling effect. You are there, stuff appear in the center and go to you. That’s it;
\nI like the “less is more” approach, but the game needs some upgrades or extra skills, something that makes the whole more interesting, otherwise is only: “grab, dodge and that’s it”;
\nI like the palette, but it didn’t make the characters more clear, in fact they are “barely” visible;
\nHow about enhance the use of the timer? You can remove points entirely and the coins, so you have to dodge demons and survive, for example. You can do a lot more, like a countdown and when you grab money, you earn seconds and demons steals you seconds and at the end you can see how much time passed before dying.
\nOverall, this game have potential, it just needs a bit of rethinking on some parts and I liked it.

I was able to play the game fully after setting ‘background-color: #213547;’ on the body element though.
