In the midst of the 13th century, you find yourself in the role of a steadfast archer named ‘Robin’ who is tasked with defending the majestic stone fortress of Castle Ravenshaw. This castle, perched on a hill, overlooks vast fields and is the last bastion standing against an oncoming horde. The kingdom has been under relentless attack from a power-hungry warlord seeking to seize all territories within his grasp. His army - an intimidating multitude of footmen - steadily advances over the open fields below towards Castle Ravenshaw.
\nWhen it seems all hope is lost, Robin takes up arms. Known throughout the kingdom for his exceptional skills as an archer, he had been serving as a simple guard at Castle Ravenshaw but now rises to be its last line of defense. With firm hands and sharp eyes, Robin must utilize his unparalleled precision in archery to stop this invading force from breaching their castle walls.
\nThe future of Castle Ravenshaw and its people hinges upon Robin’s bowstring in these desperate times. Will you step into his boots and draw back that arrow? Remember - they’re counting on you.
\nI played this game for so long, that my arms got really tired of shooting arrows! The bow’s movement and the shooting feels perfect.
\nThe only thing I would add (besides a few more sound effects) are other types of arrows that could be acquired somehow - freezing, exploding… etc.
\nUPDATE: after checking the source code I found there are indeed upgrades and different types of arrows! It might be that I never survived long enough to see them (in this case it would be good perhaps to have some minor upgrade quick enough so the player knows there will be more afterwards).
\nDespite this minor comments, this is probably one of the smoothest archery VR games I played - ever. It’s simple but very well done and makes you want to keep playing. Kudos!

Solid physics, great how you have to ‘aim ahead’.\nThe bow sound was spot on.\nGood mix of different enemies, but the waves come on very fast very quickly, making it hard to stay standing long.
\nSimple but effective graphics, quite liked the castle and the bow.\nDifferent enemies were easy to distinguish, and after a while you forget how simple they look which means the game has caught you.\nBit more sound from the enemies would have been nice but I appreciate that would have been hard to fit in.

The bow interaction is solid, and the environment is nicely designed.\nIn terms of feedback, some more sound effects or music would be nice. After a while, pulling the bow starts to feel repetitive.

The fact that this is a WebXR experience built without a framework in 13k is impressive in its own right, but this one also looks and plays great. I enjoyed playing this game, though I didn’t get very far - couldn’t quite get the “aim ahead” adjustment going. I felt like my arrows were lacking some oomph :). It would also be cool to have the ability to switch hands!\nCongrats to the author on a great execution of the core concept that also fits the theme perfectly.

\nThis is a complete piece really enjoyable to play with. You outdid yourself on the graphics part. The minecraft like effect will speak to most people: simple but efficient and beautiful.
\nThe game play is great as well. Nice tower defense scenario fitting perfectly in the theme.
\nWell done again on the achievement !!!

The enemy and environment aesthetics are very well executed, and the arrow dynamics feel great too. The controls work smoothly and are intuitive, although I would have liked the option to switch the bow hand.\nI also appreciate the effort of building all this without using any third party framework as three.js, aframe or babylon.\nGreat job! I see a lot of potential for further development.
