Welcome to “Castle Attack,” an exciting medieval-themed game. In this game, your mission is to destroy chests strategically placed within various castle forts using a ballista. Here’s how it works:
\nIn each level, you’ll find three chests hidden within the castle walls. Your goal is to obliterate these chests. These chests contain the treasures of rival kings! By destroying them, you’ll weaken your competitors and enhance your own wealth and power.
\nTo advance to the next level, you must destroy at least one chest in the current level. Challenge yourself by aiming precisely and strategizing your shots, but remember, you have a limited supply of projectiles for each level. The number of projectiles and their types vary from level to level:
\nChoose your projectiles wisely and conquer each level to become the ultimate castle attacker! Best of luck in your medieval adventure!

Making the last level’s first boulder hit the chest just right through a small opening, at max ballista elevation and speed, is a great little detail, and was a hit, no pun intended, with the junior playtesters in my household.

Fitting these physics in 13k is very impressive! Really fun game. I got all chests except one in level 5 and one in level 7. I love how the pieces show damage with a texture update before they fully break.
\nOften times my first shot in every level immediately went to 100% power, which was pretty frustrating. Maybe an issue with a timer not getting reset or something? Not sure.
\nOtherwise it was a really fun game! Nice job!

\nThis game held me for quite a while.
\nThe sounds are a bit harsh but otherwise well done. The controls are really easy to grasp.
\nI only realised we had different types of projectiles on the 4th level, which only made the game better.
\nWell done.

Cool variety of weapons - the latest stages were challenging and fun - I managed to clear the 6th and 7th stage perfectly on my first run, but the fifth stage was hard! The only thing I wished was the traction string to be white and more visible.

\nReminded me a lot of angry birds.
\nThe physics worked well with all the crashes and explosions.

\nFluid physics and well balanced levels. “Crush the Castle” in 13k! Impressive to see a well executed physics game fitting within the competition constraints. I played all levels and wished for more.
