The use of emoji, as well as the emoji unicode names, was perfect for this jam. I don’t like the game theme at all because I really dislike social media and fighting people online, but as a game it is still fun. I could imagine this as a board/card game as well.</p>\n<p>The game feels quite claustrophobic on desktop. It would have been much better to set out the game in 2 columns instead of forcing people into a tiny phone layout. As it is, 75% of my screen is empty for no good reason. It plays much better on mobile (there’s actually way more space on mobile, ironically). Some symbols were a bit unclear in the game, like the 💬 and 👤, which were missing tooltips, but eventually I got what they meant.</p>\n<p>The stock sounds feel a bit cheap and out of place. The mechanics are implemented very well, I love how close you got the the whatsapp style in 13kb. The deck building aspect is also really well fleshed out. And the social commentary is so good.</p>\n<p>I was going to suggest putting this on a store, but you’re two steps ahead with that lol.</p>\n<p>My last playthrough ended with a hilarious text: “I was cancelled by a Creep on August 10!
