Bee Kind\nYou play as BeeKeeper Bunny trying to save the bees. The bees take pollen from the flowers to their hives, but the blue ZomBees try to steal pollen and break the hives.
\nWatch out for the grubs which turn into evil blue ZomBees when they eat enough toadstools.
\nYou can collect a gun which shoots super-strength 2000 MGO honey and neutralises the enemies. Once the bees have made enough honey in a hive, new baby bees are born. There is also a JS13K logo which gives temporary invulnerability.
\nTo progress to the next level you need to defeat all the enemies and help the bees grow their colony. The further you progress, the more bees you’ll need to safeguard to move onwards.
\nClear away toadstools to prevent grubs turning into ZomBees and make space for flowers to grow.
\nIf the bees die out, WE ALL DIE, so this is a crucial mission to increase their numbers.
\nBEE LUCKY, and BEE KIND.
\nControls are :\nKeyboard - Movement … Cursors / WASD (or equivalently positioned keys, ZQSD etc) / ZX;.\nKeyboard - Fire…SPACE / ENTER / SHIFT
\nGamepad - Move…Left stick, Fire…South button
\nWeb Monetization\nWhen monetization detected, player can still jump when hurt and bees move faster.

The colour scheme is vibrant, simple but super effective.
\nGood music and sounds fx.
\nThe switch between platformer and top down is a cool feature, some way to know when it would change could have helped the playet a little.
\nReally enjoyed playing through, managed to complete the game twice, great work. I also enjoyed following your dev on twitter!

Sadly I got stuck on the second level. It seemed to be a platform on the right of the main tree where the gun is but I couldn’t jump on it to reach it. I hope I wasn’t too stupid and missed something =\u0005

\nThird level with long corridors is boring.\nAudio effects are not audible over loud music.\nOn those levels I played (first 3) protecting bees are kind superfical because your goal is to just kill all enemies.\nSwitch between gravity and no gravity is confusing.

\nGameplay-wise, the idea of protecting automata bees from enemies is a fun concept. However, I don’t feel a connection with these bees, because their AI state is not communicated to the player. Its well-implemented A* path finding is also not visibly presented. It is a pity that all these carefully crafted AIs look random to the general players. Speech bubbles or some hover icons can help communicate that in a space-efficient manner.
\nAlso, the well-styled tooltips come too quick, display for too little time, and are too far from where it matters. This reduces their ability to teach the player about the mechanics.
\nAlthough kenney’s graphics are nice (good job compressing them), I think they are also the things that make your 2d-topdown transition very difficult to understand. I still don’t know what triggers the transition, but with the current assets, it feels like I am still playing side-scroller without gravity, more than transitioning into a top-down gameplay. Consider changing the tiles when the transition happens, or embrace my observations and make the main character wear a jet pack! (It fits with your implemented particle system as well!)
\nI can only hear the bgm, with very very faint hint of gun firing, but the bgm choice is nice, so i still give a 4 to the sound department

\nReally Great colorful graphics.
\nMiss sounds.
\nControls and gameplay from my point of view could be tuned a little bit better to improve feel for jumping and grounding. In level 2 I got moving vertically without falling down, seems like a bug, or missed representation for some ladders? Oh, I got gravity switch in another review :)

I love the graphics, sound, the plot and the whole mood. My daughter loves to play it as well :) Because your bonuses for Coil Subscribers aren’t something you can show on GUI, I’m wondering how to let players know that they can use these extra features… Maybe showing the popup message informing them that the bonus is active? I think it’s important to place the info about the bonus in the gameplay, not just in the game description - who reads game descriptions? ;) And how can you inform non-Subscribers that they can actually support you and get these extra features in exchange?
