You found yourself in the empty room. You barely remember anything. And can’t exit through the only door. There is a bed here, maybe if you sleep there you will recall something?
\nControls - LMB to pick/place items and switch characters, RMB to use items and doors, middle button and the wheel to control the camera.
\nI wanted to try and fit the Fallout Shelter-like in the 13k for a while, so, here is it.
\nThe main difference - instead of leaving the Shleter to search for items and people outside, people here temporarily turn one (or several) of the room into the dreamscape (RMB on the bed!), where they automatically fight, loot and find new allies.
\nSkill training is also unusual. Each person or object in the game has a set of “Aspects”. Characters wander around the room, from item to item, and slowly learn the Aspects from them. Learning speed depends on the character’s level, which can only be raised by fighting (i.e. dreaming). So, you should mix and match sleeping and staying awake among the items with the Aspects you want.
\nBed - the most important thing, RMB to sleep on it. It’s aspect and level affects the apstcs and levels of the dream’s “contents”. The sleeper level and aspects matter too.
\nDoors - use (RMB) the black door with the high level enough character, and it will unlock the new room.
\nWorn and held items - affect the effective Aspects. Armor is worn by RMB.
\nClock - place it on the top of the bed to automate sleeping.
\nShrinker/Magnifier - use (RMB) them on items to change their size. Cosmetics only.\nBrush - same, but to change the color.
\nHammer - destroy item to instantly get a lot of it’s Aspect.
\nExtractor - extract one of the Aspects as the Items as Essense. Works best if the Extractor and user have that Aspect.
\nEssense - RMB on the item to add it’s Aspect.
\nBook - hold to slowly write in it.
\nCheck the git page for updates, and, please, make me know if you want to see them. Most lacking thing in the moment is the balance, probably.

It looks good. However, even after reading the instructions both in the game and on this page, I had a problem figuring out what was going on. It could be just me not knowing anything about Fallout Shelter but even when I got into random battles, I didn’t know if I was in control of the battle or if it was auto battles. More over, I didn’t fully understand what every item did and why I had to pick it up. There’s a lot going on in your game and I think your game needs a tutorial so that casuals/beginners like me can better understand what to do.
\nThank you for making your game!

\nCombats are autobattles, I should have specify it more explicitly. Only control over them you have is to end them early by right click.
\nAnd yes, the game is a bit too complex for the format, but I have the idea of making something like this for a long time, and could not resist:)

\nI got up to Room 4, but after that, I was unable to continue dreaming. Also, the text area for instructions contrasts too much with the background. Increasing the opacity a bit would make it easier to read.
\nEnjoyed playing!
Unable to continue dreaming? That’s weird. Has you destroyed all the beds or something? Or game stopped reacting on right clicking on bed? You have to do it with some character’s active. I should have give warnings when the player try to use items without selecting a character…

\nI don’t think it follows the theme at all, but there is so much going on here that I don’t really care all that much! Very good job on the intro and presentation (although it is a lot to take in at once)!
\nI’m still a little unclear on how to achieve the ultimate goal of going through the door, unless this game is much longer than I think and or I am not leveling up as I should. I can’t seem to go through the door and I have several characters on level 6 or 7 now, but I haven’t been going through all the higher level beds. Maybe I need to do that to gain up more levels.
\nIt would be wonderful if you even had sounds on this, and some type of music track (low volume in the background) just to zone out with while you play.
\nFantastic idea and not too bad of implementation either. Would love to chat about it on Discord if you would like to: raptor0999

\nI’m afraid I got a bit stuck, I couldn’t open the door with RMB, as it said to find somebody else, I clicked no the bed and there was some kind of fight scene in a “dream” with a cat, but nothing much came of it an I ended up still being stuck
\nI’ll definitely play more to see what else I can do

I managed to go dream, get some new items and new companions. But I never felt I was in control of what’s happening, I was mostly just watching. It’s definitely the type of game that needs a step-by-step tutorial. The art and controls are fine, but there is no sound (and it would have been a great to have!). Overall, I have mixed feelings as I think I would have had a better opinion of the game if I had time to understand it or if there was a tutorial.

\nThis is a very fascinating game with a ton of depth, and a very charming style. I really like the core concept: managing a team of dream warriors, and love the gameplay style (mostly an idler). The Aspects and how XP is gained is really unique and thematic. The art style and variety of characters and places is really nice, especially for a 13k game.
\nSome areas of confusion or room for improvement:
