\nAlso the double jump was good especially when you could use the second jump when you were about to land rather than straight away. Felt a bit like coyote-time jumps.
\nThe “tutorial” didn’t do anything different for me compared to the other options.
\nI like that if you jump left, you can die with -7 steps, nice touch.
\nPerhaps making it autoscroll would add a higher level of skill.
\nAlso after playing with keyboard, to then need to click the mouse to retry was a bit disconnected.

The controls are really solid (not easy to accomplish) and I liked the roll to block feature. The sprite work is quite good, but the game’s action took up such a small percentage of the screen. It would have been great to have the game a bit zoomed in, or if you wanted to keep it at a distance to show more, maybe adding more verticallity to the levels. Easier said than done in only 13kb though, what you have here is a very solid (fun) game, that kept me engaged until I finished (on my last chance haha) very good match on themetoo

But it was not possible to shoot… a few clicks on the shift button and Windows notifies about the keys sticking - the space bar would be much better in my opinion, so I just jumped the whole game :).

I also like the story behind the game and was pleased that it stuck to the 13th Century theme. I was expecting the tutorial to have some kind of explainers pop up as you navigated around the platform. if that or something similar could be implemented it would differentiate the tutorial state from the game play state quite well.
