Escape from XGS-57

Escape from XGS-57 is a real-time survival strategy game inspired by Frostpunk and Subnautica. You play a space trader who crashed onto the water planet XGS-57 and must remote control your gadgets on site to rebuild a rocket and escape.

Space will be very important in this game, as it is a scarce resource and most of your actions will have space restrictions. (E.g. building placement, water level)

(NOTE: If you're stuck at any point and want to restart, just refresh the browser!)

Controls:
WASD to move camera
Q and E to shift perspectives
C to cancel something you're about to build
X to rotate building placement
P to pause
Everything else can be handled by the mouse!

Pay attention to your water! Don't let it run out!

Happy escaping!

Feedback from the experts

Christer Kaitila: What a fascinating and deep simulation! and nice work getting multiple views of an isometric world!! the water effect was cool but distracting from the real fun which was the management of everything related to power and water. Really great work! It takes some time to figure out what's going on, and maybe healthbar style visual indicators where there are currently numbers might do the trick to help lead the player toward understanding what is wrong and how to fix it. Once I figured everything out, I really enjoyed trying to get a perfect island all set up! Excellent work!
