A moment lost in time.

A tranquil and aesthetically pleasing search for a long lost memory.

A moment lost in time is an exploration game with an element of a geometry puzzle. The goal of the game is to memorize and then find a shot of a landscape taken from a random place.
The game offers a slowly-paced gameplay combined with minimalist and aesthetically pleasing visuals and simple ambient sounds. It evokes a sense of wandering and longing. The art direction is abstract and figurative: as if it was a dream.

Feedback from the judges

Anselm Hook: Beautiful and minimalist. However it should have clues if you are close to find that memory

Jupiter Hadley: Lovely concept, well-made game. I found it to be really great trying to line up memories - and the responses to my lined up pictures when they were a bit off was genius.

Tomasz Wesołowski: On one hand, very atmospheric and relaxing! Especially with the background music, the birds... On the other, seems extremely hard (after a few initial levels): the elements are not very characteristic, due to lack of shading too, and it seems almost impossible to recognise the memory unless I'm lucky enough to just appear in the correct spot. The idea is new and super-promising and I really wonder where it could still be taken, I haven't seen this theme before anywhere.

Diego González: An absolutely wonderful, relaxing, beautiful game. Amazing work.
