Splat Paddlers is a multiplayer, breakout style game where the goal is to capture more blocks than your opponent(s) before the round timer reaches zero.
When a ball hits your paddle it changes to your color and can capture hidden blocks, pass through your own blocks, and convert opponents' blocks to your color. If a ball hits the sides two times it becomes a neutral ball and erases blocks.
In each corner is a pit, into which a ball can become lost. While lost in the abyss, the ball will develop mysterious properties before returning to the game.
The first player or team to win 3 rounds wins the game.
All four players are mapped to keyboard keys, but realistically only two players will be able to play on the same keyboard. To play with four players, you will need to map keyboard controls to gamepads. If you're on a mac, Enjoyable works great. I don't have experience mapping keys on other platforms, so your search is as good as mine, but I recommend putting in the effort!
